irist.com is also an job portal like shine.com, freshersworld.com etc, It provide a platform for both job seekers and job provider.I recently started using this website for a month only and here first of all we need to registered and enter all the details with resume and then we can apply to jobs, the layout of website is easy to use but content provide by it is very limited most of the time it does not have valid or complete details and even there are so many fake jobs available more than the actual jobs. I called this site not working because response is very very slow so its not work for urgent basis job needy person.
