I bought the ac on 17th may from Vishal Electronic in Kolkata and after chasing for 3 days they installed it on 20th may post interference of Ahmedabad team. During the installation they found problem in the AC and assured me that it will get replaced in 3 - 4 working days. Today is 30th May and I am still chasing them on facebook. They are not picking my call now. Whatba customer support team...
