-When you buy this product the customer get free installation which nearly cost 3000-4000₹. Every year you need to service the Ac for maintance like cleaning the air filter, output and etc which you get from hitachi itself but it 200-300₹( normal charges) only which required for maintaining this.
Now thing come support you get from there toll free no. any time 24* 7
-It is a 1.5 Ton Ac so it cool upto 20* 15 i.e 300 sq feet. The sound is negligible which is a plus point of it.
-Quality wise good I will give it 4 out of 5 but in case of durability its 0k that it get 3 out of 5.
-I think you are suppose to buying an ac so you can go for it.
