I boought an HItachi a/c taking I to be a premium powvweroduct backed up by premium service. However the kind of service provided by a reknowned brand has proved all my assumptions incorrect.
Last week my ac stopped cooling, I logged in a complaint on 20th May(SR # 15052002918) and till date May 26, 10 PM its still to be attended. After numerous calls to customer service desk, who just do not have a clue as to when the technician would arrive, to escalating it to Hitachi customer service GM and management, nothing works.
Even tried calling their local service center, they are as unresponsive as their parent co.
Seriously thinking, If I made a right choice or should I have gone with "India ka A/C", which I have in two other rooms and are giving a better perfformance and good customer service back up.
