Among all the ACs which I know Hitachi is the worst. I bought Hitachi Kaze 1.5 ton 3* AC with lot of hopes. From the day I bought, I am mentally disturbed. Even you put 22-25C, your room wont become bool even after running 4-5 hours. At my native place I have BlueStar 1.5 ton and 3*, even if you put 28-29 C, the room will be cooled in 15 mins.
When I asked the technician who came for servicing, he told that we have to put 22-25C to get room cooled.
Friends, I have bought this by seeing net reviews only. So don’t be on trap side. Personally I don’t suggest Hitachi. You will take pain if you buy it.
The Customer Service also too worst. Even if you raise a complaint, you have to keep call their Customer Care, and they will drop the call or without doing anything they will close your request. I am victim of Hitachi, so don’t go for it.
My suggestion is go for BlueStart, which I feel best than any other.
