Had bought HITACHI’S split ac from Sargam Electronics at Pitampura and was sure am buying a reputed good product UNFORTUNATELY Within 3 months of purchase(6 june 2012 ) the fan cracked .Upon REPEATED request the fan was replaced but WE HAD TO PAY THE cost .
The company response to the question as to why we have to pay ? was ----THE COMPANY DOES NOT REPLACE PLASTIC ITEMS FREE!!!! WHY DID THE PRODUCT BREAK WITHIN 3 MONTHS--CONSIDERING THE FAN was fitted by the company people so how is it the consumers fault that we had to pay?/
