Hitachi Window AC is very bad quality. Under two year the AC get cooling problem .
Now I am chasing technician whose no is allotted by customer care, that person is not picking up my call, two other person( which is not allotted by customer care)approach for the service, I denied them as I was not sure they belongs to hitachi or not .
Finally the technician picked up the call and confirm his visit shortly and also confirmed that he is no knowing those person who called me for the service. and the behaviors of the technician was very casual.
Now again I am calling technician and the same behaviors of non response.
this seems to very unprofessional behavior as well as data leakage with others, which is very much safety issue .
