I bought a Hitachi window AC in may 2011.It is a five star BEE product.Since then no one has ever visited to provide demo or service the product.I have made so many requests through customer care but worthless. they just provide a reference number only over phone but no further follow-up.I hate Hitachi .Its a headache .Just dont buy any hitachi product which need servicing.Hell of a experience.I have made a great mistake .I am very happy with Samsung service.
