The service is nearly not available for this AC because it’s too old, The support is very bad compared to other companies in ac’s I would say.The cooling is very bad because of the old system and makes a lot of noises you can hear outside the room which is very annoying.The quality is the only good in the ac it’s excellent, While the durability wise it lags a bit there it isn’t quite perfect.No I would say not a value for money
