I bought 2 Hitachi 5 Star ACs considering that it is a premium brand and thus a good product. 15 days and they do not have time to service a broken down product.
Even the call center experience is pathetic. The floor manager never came on line to take the escalation. I tried registering a complaint on their website, and after wasting 10 min a message comes that service is temporarily not available.
