I am extremely distressed with the service quality at Hitachi.After even four reminders, no one has visited my premises. More so every time I call there is a promise of the visit but nobody turns up. I have also received call backs from the service center but not body has come yet.
This is very poor quality not expected from a multinational and for a category like ACs. Please don’t buy a Hitachi AC. Never.
