I have 9 Hitachi split ACs installed in my house. I have regretted the decision since Day 1
They are of poor quality - have frequent breakdowns : gas leaks upto 4 times a season, cooling coil and compressor breakdowns etc.
Service is pathetic. Do not respond... if they do, technicians are clueless, senior service managers are either non responsive, down right rude or helpless as parts are not available! Example : My master bedroom AC is not working since the summer started (2.5 months)...someone finally ’diagnosed’ the problem as a faulty compressor...now the compressor is not available... and they’re not ashamed and don’t care!
Say NO to Hitachi ACs !!
