Very Very Poor Service after Sale

We Bought two Split AC- model Ace Follow Me(1.5 Ton & 1.2 Ton) for our home at Vadodara in April`2010. The Dealer did not demonstrate properly about hand set at the time of installation. Not even a single free service has been given by the dealer while company says for three free services during warranty period of one year.


Last month( 20th March`11) our one unit was down due to **No Cooling(** In Warranty **), **we lodge the complaint to the dealer, he sent his technician after 4 days( **after making number of calls**), checked & taken out one faulty PCB  from out door unit & said  that they send this PCB to the company for replacement & it took 3 to 4 days, **But surprisingly it took 26 days for making our AC  normal &** for this also we have to make number of calls to the dealer & after 18 days Sent one mail to Hitachi customer care center  - not responded up to  5 days then we search the site & made a web call registration at Hitachi site. So this much struggle we have done  to get our AC repaired in wee season of summer.


For FREE SERVICES  we again made a web call registration at Hitachi site three days back, but did not get any response till date
