I bought Hitachi because it has a very good brand name. And still now people say Hitachi is best. But as per my personal experience only a stupid non-sense guy will but hitachi AC. I paid almost same cost of a split ac of other company to buy a window ac of Hitachi.
But just after 1 year after the warranty expired it show all the stupid problem. The customer care are totally non-sense and irresponsible people. Never care the customer. They are there to make money but not for customer satisfaction.
After using 3 years now I am going to sell this ac as scrap for which 26000 value is now only 2000. And 2000 is again because the compressor has 5 yrs warranty.
Please don’t ever buy Hitachi AC...
