Highly Dissappointed with the service

I purchased a 1.2T split ac not more than 6months back. This at the time of the purchase was the most expensive ac in the market, but like many others I got fooled in the advertising and brand name.


To be honest, the product is really good, probably value for money. They have some setting in their ac whereby if u click that particular button, it gets lost and then u have to get that part replaced altogether for 3.5K I ahve been told. Have they forgotten its an ac and not a safe vault.


The service of Hitachi has been nothing but dissappointing. Since the time of installation till date, the attitude of the call centre staff to tghe engineers who call for an appointment, they show nothing but apathy to the customer woes. They fail to recognize the pain the customer is going through, when a 35K ac needs to maintence twice in 6months.


The apathy is to the level where they fix the appointments on their conevnience and not customers. If you try and negotiate the timings to suit both the parties, they close the call claimming customer refused to grant them permission.


I was actually contemplating on buying another Hitachi for my other room, but thankfully their after sales service put me in the right path and I went for Volats instead.
