I bought Hitachi Ac 15 days back from CROMA and started having problem day 1. I made a formal complaint to the customer care about it and never heard from them. Now from last 4 days cooling also stopped and started making lot of noise.On day one I called the customer care and logged a complaint. Today(day 4) called again to follow up the issue but the customer care guy seems least interested and made very bad remark about the Hitachi itself. From his voice it looked like he found a new idiot who the Hitachi AC.
I have had seen very bad feedback about the Hitachis after sales service and product quality but I thought this might not be true. Eventually all the negative statements made over internet about the product proved to be true. I sincerely suggest everyone DO NOT buy Hitachi Product. They are costly with very bad customer care and even worst customer care executives.:(:( .I will wait till tomorrow(2nd May) to get some response or else I will need to go to some local AC mechanics to fix the issue.
Please do not ignore the negative feedbacks.

UPDATE:
On 2nd May in the morning I contacted the customer care to know the status of my request. The executive told me that for sure someone will visit your house. No one turned up. I made a call to know what had happened. This time I got the shock, the executive told me that the category inb which complaint is made is Handset not working and other executives are simply adding reminder to that request. This guy created a new request for me for NO COOLING. Its 5th of May and no one has turned up till now. From 3rd till this time I have made several calls to customer care and no one has provided satisfactory answers to my questions, even not told whom to contact to escalate the matter.
