Worst Product and Customer Service

Hi,


Got this AC few months back for your newly innovated room, but what we got from the "Great Eastern, uttarpara, Kolkata" was a faulty one. There was a leakage in the vent of the outdoor unit and refrigerant went out of it. It took us for few days to figure out that our AC is not cooling properly. But whenever we call the store or the service centre, they say to us to that "you should have buyed an upgraded model, these models works like this". And one day our AC was not working at all, but customer service was not convinced that we were unable to operate the AC unit. Then, they send engineers and after nearly two months of waiting the unit was working fine and we are able to operate it as normal.


The main reason of such delay is because of the Engineers and Mid-Level manager who are responsible for such customer service is not even interested in providing service as per schedule. Nobody damm cared about the product is working fine or things are needed to be fixed as soon as possible. The only things they care is about their salary is on time.


For the next time, I will choose different manufacturer as the Product as well as the aftersales service is worst, as well as the people who are responsible are simple useless.
