In spite of reading several negative reviews regarding Hitachis Worst customer care I bought Hitachi Ace Cutout RAUHSD518 1.5 Ton Split AC 3 months back. After running for 2 months it got damaged. After calling 100 times to customer care the AC is still in the same condition since last month. They are saying that they are running shortage of their spare parts so I have to wait. I am not given any certain time and may be it will take another 5-6 months more. My suggestion is if you dont want any Customer Service then you can buy Hitachi AC and If you need customer service then you have to wait like me because this companys customer care is running by Ram Bharose.
14th Sep 2012. Today almost after one month it has been done by the Hitachi Team.
