No Service, only SALES

I bought Hitachi 1.5 Ace follow me RAU518ETD for 46000/- from CROMA, Kondapur, Hyderabad. Delivered unit after 2 days. ODU is not working.

Complained to Hitachi Service Center. it got 2 weeks to replace the ODU. Very horrible service from Hitachi. Don’t go for products without good service.
