You can take months/Years to Reply & Delivered the POOR Quality SERVICE. it has gone to service again on25th May 2012 after 24th March 2012 Service I am Hopeful it will again go for Service in July 2012 as HITACHI INTERNATIONAL Service quality is of HITACHI INTERNATIONAL Quality STANDARD.

Complaint No. 12053101337 on 25th May (Friday) REQUEST to Attend the Problem on Saturday or Sunday only. The AC is under AMC .


Your engineer (Mr. Jehangir) visited on 8th. June 2012 (after 14 days of Complaint) , & said that only gas has been leaked other thing are working OK & it will have to go to the workshop for refill again (earlier gas filling was on 24th March 12) . I have made at least 50 Complaints to your customer care & no one was picking your Noida Service centre.


This is to inform you that Gas was filled in March’12 along with the Replacement of gas Tubes against complaint no. 12030400861 dt. 04/03/12 & I received AC back on 24th March 12 i.e. after 20 days of Complain t & discussion with HO Service centre. All this is recorded through Emails.


Gas is again Leaked in 2 months, What type of Hitachi International Service.?


The AC was picked on 10th June 12 (after 17 days of complaint ). They informed me that Hitachi will return back after 2 days. I specifically said that since I am working therefore the AC needs to be dropped Saturday i.e. 16th June. On 21st June.12 I got a call from your workshop & they said that compressor has gone & the same needs to be replaced. I informed that when your Engineer visited for checking then he informed & recorded that Gas only to be refilled.


I told them that I have purchased on 8th May 2008 from M/s. Trucul. Inc. Noida & it is also indicated on Ac that it is 2008 Product, but still they are insisting I have to give copy of Bill. What is this?
