Better know the truths behind the company:
1) this year pay hike is 2-5%...you may got a good package at the time of joining..but don’t expect any pay hike after joining for long years.
2) Zero job security. They will hire and fire at their own interest.
3) As long as you are in job, the top management will ensure that they will earn maximum profit by giving you maximum work possible. In simple sense, Work is NOT at all enjoyable.
4) After joining, soon you will realize how bad the top management and the policies are.
5) Never expect promotions, even after working 2-3 years. Only one or two people of a 100 member team gets promotion in a year. Now imagine how lucky you should be to get a promotion.
6) Onsite Opportunities: is as similar as expecting some rains in a desert. Some old employees get onsite opportunities sometimes, but you are a new joiner, never expect.
7) Don’t confuse with the ’HITACHI’ brand name. Nothing to do with that.
