I joined Hitachi and soon realised that I made a big mistake.
First thing to notice here is that work environment is really pathetic. People are not allowed to talk freely and everyone seems to busy with their laptops. Some of the old guys don’t know anything about technology and are good for nothing, even better in micro management and back-biting. There is nothing called as "Bench" here. They would not allow anyone to seat idle for a second and may put you on any technology regardless of your experience.
Biggest problem is that employees are on payroll of "Quick Start Global" which is again very pathetic and miser company. QSG recruitment team can promise anything in the world to get someone on board. So beware of them. Company doesn’t pay you good but would try to get optimum output once you are in. So if you are determined to come, make sure you bargained properly. After joining Hitachi, I found that many employees here are dissatisfied, always creeping about promises made by company and are somewhat trapped and searching for better options.
Overall, I am dissatisfied and would immediately move out as soon as I get other option. I would suggest anyone seeking for a change to stay away from company.
