We brought a Hitachi Frost Free 404 L Triple Door Refrigerator(R-SG38FPND) in october 22nd 2017 from shop no 230 TGIP noida, the piece was defective from the beginning and we started our complains from feb onward. the cooling initially was not working and then they replaced the PCV or some unit and then it started over freezing, after 6 visits by numerous technician who have done everything that they could, the piece is still not working properly
hitachi has a very incompetent and ineffective customer care services who only line is to send more technician, not tell me if a defective product cannot be resolved within 6 visits in which they have replaced every possible unit, what should be the response of the customer care/ manager at hitachi, they should replace the defective piece but no, they keep on saying give us one more chance. every time they come, we have to empty the fridge and it takes 2-3 hours to do the repairs and everytime they repair something else goes haywire
they keep on asking for sending technicians without any assurance, after 6 times I am tired, I want a wrtitten assurance that they will fix the fridge or return my money or replace the fridge .if they have any decency they should do that
so help me escalate the matter and replace the fridge … or give it writing that you will not and I shall consider legal action
