Hi All,
I have bought Hitachi Refrigerator some 3 yrs ago. The door is not closing properly so a complaint was raised. THe visiting technician informed that the door needs replacement and someone will connect with you ASAP.
Now its more than a month and there is no feedback. All our calls have standard answer that our team will connect with you at the earliest. I escalated the complaint till the Head Services but they have system generated response. So I wrote to their CMD through LInkedIn And still no response.
I would recommend to all to not Buy Hitachi Product due to such poor customer service.
