Worst customer service. You just are on their mercy. They have outsourced their customer service which makes it more worse. They have only one emailed and no phone number where you can contact Hitachi. I will not recommend this product to anyone. The technicians visited my place 7 times in 2 months and could not solve my problem of no cooling in my room which is a 120 sq ft room and said that there is some problem with the room and not the ac.
