I booked 2 Quadricool 1.5 TM AC’s in Summer Cool Exhibition in Chandigarh. Even before 1 month of its installation it started giving me problems. I contacted Hitachi Customer Care and they sent a Service Engineer to my place. The service engineer on expectation recommended that I should get this AC replaced as their is some serious problem with the Air Conditioner .
We requested company officials but they have refused to replace the AC unit inspite of recommendation from Service Engineer. Their has been a major gas leakage from the AC and now even after repair I am not satisfied with the product as the output of the product has drastically dropped. I even mailed customer care of Hitachi but no one cares to respond. I will suggest everyone who is thinking of buying hitachi AC this summer to switch to National, General, Carrier or Bluestar but dont go for Hitachi.
