I was very happy to be theowner of Hitachi’s quadricool AC that too two of them last April. My faith in the brand was due to the trouble free performance of the AMTREX AC I had with a Hitachi compressor.
Throughout the year since I bought I have faced repeated problems with quite a few replacement of parts etc.. Even yesterday the compressor in one of the ACs has failed.
I would now prefer to get the ACs replaced with a old model even if less costlier without getting any refund.
I am desparately wanting to know how to go about getting a replacement. I shall be grateful to any one suggesting a way out
