I am using Hitachi AC is since 5 years this is he is not good I have a AC of 2 tons. and it’s not working fine there are many problems in this AC the heating problem was very bad and the cooling capacity was solo and when I called customer care they told me to send a guy for repairing it but it is not coming at that time you coming after two and three months later so this is he is not good its not have a Digital display so I can’t see temperature at that night and it’s cooling is not good so I change my AC I purchase a new AC of ogeneral it’s a great air conditioner in Hitachi AC there are many complaints in customer care everybody wanna say that it’s not a best AC it’s a third class AC so please don’t purchase is AC because Hitachi schooling and its customer service is not good so I can’t suggest this year conditioner for you thank you mouthshut.com forgive me chance to comment on this air conditioner thank you so much
