Service & Support of Hitachi is very good, the cooling is really very fast of this AC, our room gets cool in a minute.
There is no sound in this AC so you can relax easily with its cooling and no irritating sound. Its a very reliable product and I am truly satisfied with that. The price of the AC is also not high, its an average price
