We have bought Hitachi refrigerator - 2 Door Bottom Freezer with capacity of 525 L 3 years back. The freezer stopped working and when we complaint, the engineer visited and taken visit charges but not fixed the problem saying the parts are not available and as soon as they do, they will fix the problem.
After 3-4 days we received a call from service center saying that parts are now available and a service engineer will come tomorrow to fix. Next day no one comes. Then I get a call from some random engineer and he says the parts are not available in the center, but he has them and can fix on personal basis. I refused and said that I would get that fixed from the company
Since then we are chasing the center and they do not resolve the problem. No one visiting and every time they say someone will come, but nothing happens. Its been 11 days and all we are doing is.chasing the company. They have stopped picking our calls now
Dont know what to do, so writing the review at least to make people aware how they cheat
