I bought a 3 star Hitachi Spli AC for 35000 last year. Now I regret for buying it . Simple reason is that I could have bought better AC for same cost from brands like Samsung or LG.
I recently registered a complaint just to remove my AC from one room to another. Complaint No: 14032700360. Technicians came to my home and installed it . Some how when AC was switched on, the electrical wire tripped. They said its electrical fault and charged me full amount. When I contacted electrician, they said everything is fine with electrical. When I called back hitachi to complete my installation, . they opened the request but said again ill be charged.
mr.rajesh who attended the call said they wont take any free service request and informed me to contact local service center for such things. the local service guys doesnt even response to call nor they warrant any such changes .
This is disgusting from Hitachi. When you cant service the customers, youve no reasons to sell your product.
Hitachi completely outsourced their service and do not trust their service personnel. Moreover, any damages incurred due to the service guys are not under warranty . DO NOT BELIEVE HITACHI CUSTOMER SERVICE
