Talking about Service & Support: Hitachi service and support are very good and when I called customer care it’s very responsive and after two years there is no any defect and continue working very good.
Talking about Cooling & Sound: The cooling is very well and within 5-10 mins my room is very cool and very less sound and no noising in the room.
Talking about Reliability & Satisfaction: It is a reliable and trustable product and I satisfied this product.
Talking about Value for Money: As I am using the last two years and there is no defect in this product till now so I am very happy to value for money for myself.
