I am also using this air conditioner and using it from last summer season of 30 july 2015, and I am great consumer of hitachi in case of air conditioner because they are number one in manufacturing air conditioner as they use copper as their component.this split ac is having great feature as it is having auto rotating wings which covers all room even a last corner and it is also having autocut as when temperature goes below set temp it get auto cut and saves electricity.it is antibacterial very nice product must go for it
