It’s been 5 days we bought the Hitachi AC from Ezone. And they have given 48hrs for installation. It’s been more than 120hrs no one has turned up for installation.
Umpteen number of calls to the call center, but all in vain. In this age where Service is given highest priority Hitachi does not care about it. I DONT RECOMMEND ANY OF THE HITACHI HOME APPLIANCEs. Their service Sucks.
