I am using a Hitachi Split AC for last two years. From the very beginning, the service of the company remained to be awful. On 11 may, 2014, the AC had stopped working. I booked a complaint on 12 May which was not responded to till 14 May.
After several calls to the service contact numbers, which remains totally unaware of the system in which the company actually runs, the technician visited on 15 May. Nobody could specify any timeframe by which the machine would be repaired. Again after almost a hundred phone calls and communication, the technician came back on 17 may with a part, replaced the defective one but could not solve the problem.
After that, there is complete uncertainty in getting the repairs. The most irritating part is the lack of concern and communication towards the customer and the way the service people behave. It seems like, even after paying a premium price for the AC, customers are at the mercy of the company. I want a fast and effective response from the company, as living without AC at a scorching 41 degrees is becoming unbearable.
