Hello guyz I want to review on a famous brand Hitachi. If we want to buy an AC the brand comes in mind is hitachi. Guyz I bought this AC two year ago and I am totally regeret on this . Guyz this is the worst AC. The AC is 1.5 tonne and I bought this at rupees 45000 from raipur . 45000 is a very high amount for a middle class family . The AC was awesome just for few months after that it need servicing it was not cooling that a room and a person required. And the temprature of raipure is 40 to 45 degree. When I bought this I was happy but due to poor performance of AC it makes me and my family upset . My father need to call customer care after the purchasing the ac because it was not cooling at all and the response of customer care is very poor . They dont answer the call imidiately. The services are very poor . Engineers also dont have any idea of this product . They do something in ac and it starts cooling but just for 1 or 2 months after that it required servicing . It doesnt cool a small room. I need to on the AC all the time if I switch off then it starts getting warm . Even I need to switch on the fan also before switching on the ac. It is better to purchase in voltas ac . It is very cheap and the services is also food compared to hitachi. I am totaly disappointed with this product.It was my biggest mistake by investing money on this worst product. Guyz I recommend u to please dont buy this AC otherwise u ll also regret lyk I am regretting, u ll face alot of problems and it needs alot of maintenance also . I paid approx 10000 in only maintenance. Guyz its just a wastage of money if u are investing in this product.
