Despite multiple reminders since April, and assurances on MAIL, NO ONE has been sent to service my AC
their call centre is actually a complaint logging centre (as confirmed by themselves).
They can only log complaints..they do not have any process for escalations, redressal, investigating why complaints have not been attended.
One can keep login complaints and their field staff keeps closing the complaints without attending to these.
Then their call centre gives you the number of their service centre with much drama about the nearest service centre to your residence.....
BUT when you call these numbers they are either out of service OR the bell rings and no one picks the phone (tried in the morning, afternoon, evening).
Hitachi service for ACs is not bad......it is actually NON EXISTENT!
