We are have been using this AC since 20013 and we found it so reliable regarding cooling.sometime it makes bit sound but not all the time.Hitachi is a world leading company in electronics appliances that is why we purchased this window AC. It did not make us disappointed.We never felt that we are in summer season in the presence of this air conditioner.
Company is always keen to help the customer so we never faced any problem regarding its service and maintenance.
We think that we spent our money on the right product.
