Hitachi window ac, I will sincerely warn everyone not to buy . It is waste of money . I bought this Hitachi window Ac in march 2021 . I had a problem as it was too noisy . After constant calling and registering the complain . It took them nearly 4 months time to rectify the error . Now in April 2023( just two years later) The Ac was not cooling, so again kept calling them constantly .finally after two weeks the technician came and said that he will take the ac as its coil needs to be replaced . Within 2 years of purchase its coil needs to be replaced . They have quoted a bill amount of rupees 10, 000 . Till date I have not received my AC . When I call them they don’t receive the call . . After constant calls, they just say we will get back after checking with the service person . As of now I am still waiting for my window AC . So I sincerely advice you all not to buy This Hitachi brand please .
