Hiya Digital is a private compny where I am working as a website developer. I join this company recently after trying at various industries. I join this as they are providing good salary package as compare to those where I have worked.
They are providing salary of 15000 which is not too high but it is better then the previous.But it is very bad that they give me very hard work to complete in small time, I a single day they are providing me a target of completing the designing of three to four websites which is very difficult and for that I have to stay in there office without getting any extra benefit.
They are not good with there new recruited staff as they talk very rudely.There is no growth opportunity as you can only asked tp do a particular job without any hope for promotion.The major problem in this compny is there working condition and environmental which is against there worker.Finally I will say that this company is only good nothing else.Thanks.
