Travel Date: 28 Jan 2008, Monday. I had a booking from Pune to Hyd on 28th night with HKB bus. Booking was well done in advance. I came to bus stand well in time. The bus number is KA 03 9625. My name was in the list of the passengers boarding that bus. BUT ALAS I COULD NOT BOARD THAT BUS. Thanks to Mr. Alam in Pune who was incharge of boarding the passengers that night.
Fraud #1:- Mr. Alam boarded all the passengers of that bus and told me that another HKB bus will be coming after 15-20 mins. But there was no bus scheduled, leave aside 15-20 mins, inactual 24 hrs from that Monday night.
Fraud #2:- I speculate that he gave my seat to another passenger in exchange of some bribery, which I cannot prove obviously, living in such a free and democratic country.
Fraud #3:- Since there was no bus scheculed after 20 mins. He told me to go by Sahara travel with the worst kind of seats. My journey became hell of a nightmare. When I argued with him, he was shouting like hell. Poor me! what else could I have done. I had to reach HYD next morning . so I had to catch up that Sahara bus.
But in turn I asked for his name and mobile number which is:- Name:- Alam Location:- Pune Workplace:- HKB travel, Near Jehangir Hospital, Pune. Mob:-+91 9764549779 I havent seen such fraudelent behaviour ever in my life. I would request my fellow mouthshut readers and bloogers to please boycott the use of HKB travel for ur travel. Use any other travel operator but Not HKB. HKB sucks. they have employeed roadside lafangas to manage their work. The responsibility is of HKB. Never use HKB. Please tell me what can I do to file a complaint againt Mr. Alam and where should I file the complaint?
