If Sachin Tendulkar is Super Human in Cricket, so is Dhanraj Pillay in Indian Hockey, the most underplayed superstar just coz he happens to be in a sport that is our pseudo national game!
If any one of u happened to see the games our team played, u wld have been gasping with breath with the quality, aggressiveness and that killer instinct that seems to be lacking in any average indian. Not to miss the superb stick work of Pillay, the modern Dhyan Chand. For teh first time, I never saw them panting in between the game, they were fast and aggressive, take for instance a minor scuffle between indian and pakistani players in a league match, where Pillay had to intervene to stop an Indian player from bashing up a Paki.Wow!:)
With two successive tournament wins, India is riding high. But I will rate them as probable World Champions if they can beat two teams, Netherlands for their opportunistic play and South korea for their amazing pace.
