We wanted to go a little away from the city and decided on this place. We were 5 adults and 2 kids (3 yrs & 1yr.). We prefer a sofa seating with the kids around and hence requested for one. But this waiter (Prakash) who actually came to us said the sofa was reserved. Hence we got a deewan for ourselves.
A few minutes later we noticed that a different sofa seater was empty and asked for a change. He said he would get it cleaned for us. While the cleaning was happening there came another group and they asked for the same table. He initially said that we were supposed to move there but later a man from the other group exchanged a document with this waiter after which he came to us and said that there was one more table which would be free in a while and we could move there. But we said we needed the same table as we could not wait for long. He just walked off from us and did not bother to come back. The sofa seater was already occupied by the other group.
Later we had to call him ourselves and ask him what happened and he said I have given you a place here right and when we asked him what he was saying he walks off saying no use talking to you. He did not have the courtesy to even apologise. There was a manager whom we approached to talk about this person but he was not much bothered and said sorry and sent us.
The worst service we have experienced. Kindly think before you plan to visit this place.
