Let me illustrate why Holiday IQ is non-sense:
i)They fleece travel agents by providing useless leads that not only are waste of money, but a big waste of time.
ii)They charge up to Rs. 500/- per lead .That’s such a convenient way to make money. Spend Rs. 25-30/- per click on Google and make a 10 time multiple from travel agents. WOW! Genius of a business model!
iii)Absolutely no transparency! There is no way to cross verify any of the leads that we get. Many numbers are wrong, many numbers are never picked. Out of the few calls that are picked many say we inquired by mistake. I am sure most of them are created from their in house team itself.
iv)(Support and service)= PATHETIC. The only time they walked into my office was to collect the check. After that it no looking back for them. Bye-bye!
v)This is supposed to a leading travel related website in India, yet more than 90% of their leads come through an Inorganic channel
vi)Utter arrogance, despite the lousy service.
I got conned and I still have some deposit left with them unfortunately. So travel agents, please refrain from Holiday IQ or any similar ponzi scheme. You could be better investing all that money on google ads and a decent website. In short, Build your own brand!
