I bought a leather reclining sofas in Aug’2016 at Chennai Home centre shop in Express Mall. They have shown so much interest till you make the payment. Later, when they delivered the product, it was damaged peace.
We have returned the product based on their promise and they said sorry, agreed to send the good peace again.
Second time when they send the peace their warehouse smartly sent the same damaged as is peace thinking they sneak in expecting we will not inspect and accept the product.
When we call them and ask them why they cheat like that to customer, again they said Sorry give us one more chance.
as we paid, more than 130 thousand and bought Sofas, they have no importance to customer and treat so badly.
no quality processes in place before they ship the product to customer.
how can such big organization perform with such irresponsible manner.
even small shops address things in a better manner than such big organization.
when we want to get connected with warehouse manager Mr.Narayanan, he refused to come on line, working some urgent issue to resolve.
we all go to such shop thinking, we are buying from the big organization quality of the product will be good.
we are just throwing money to home center for such bad quality product.
