Worst Customer Experience

Had bought a 50K recliner sofa from Home Center


It was invoiced in November 2017 and product was delivered in 24th December, 2017. When claimed for warranty on 1st of December, 2018, they said out of warranty and warranty is from invoice date and not from delivery date. So effectively I got 11 months warranty instead of 12 months.


Stitches of sofa start to wear out in couple of months and recliner too was not effectively functioning.


They just forget the customer once they get the money and say that warranty only covers manufacturing defect.


Never buy from Home Center, poor quality products and very poor customer service!
