We are victim again and I think we are fools to order product from homecenter. While making 100% advance payment after three weeks I have no clue on delivery status. We have been buying product from homecenter from lastv10 years but in last one year this is third incident that everytime damaged product is delivered and we are suffering and homecenter is mentally harrasimg their customers to keep them waiting for long hours in their showroom to check and update on delivery. I must say that their quliatu has gone down with time with high price products and if you want to change or but another product they take their own sweet time to make arrangements for credit note etc. This is my last mistake I would say in terms of buying any product from homecenter. No accountable person in their store everytime a new person will escalate with in their organization and show that they have dropped email with no end results. They are the worst company I would say to Deal with in current times and they are leat bothered with customer dissatisfaction. Dont ever buy any product from homecenter they should first try to understand customer pain they make customers to undergo. Not even a single call or update on the delivery if damaged products are getting delivered. Forget about feeling sorry on their mistakes they have their attitude of making customer feeling more harrased.
