I bought a phone [vivo v11 pro] at 2018 december with 6 months times of payment. Prize of phone was 25990/- . But i paid 8500 first and rest of money paid 6 times and each month amount was 3195/-.
6x3195=19170. [amount paid 6 times]
8500+19170=27670/-
Totally i paid amount 27670/-
Extra payment 27670 - 25990 =1680/-
After i called to customer care.... They told that first you should have to pay now and close it first. Then they will refund that amount.I did so and called them back.Now they telling that they cannot refund that amount...
You guys are thief... Why you saying 0% interest loan?
