Once I have paid my EMI before the date. The the employee of home credit informed me that we can pay EMI through paytm or home credit app or it may be automatically deducted from the account.
I have paid my EMI through paytm before 6 days
After two days of payment I have again received a mail metioned your EMI is due please deposit money in your bank I have called to customer care executive she informed me that I need to deposit the cash in bank and then you can request for refund of payment I have paid that money with lots of hard work
They won’t even maintain a data base regarding the payment which we have done.
