I had placed an order for a wall unit about two months back. It had been delivered to me after around three weeks. But when they started assembling the product it was discovered that some parts were missing. So the assemblers went off saying that they would get back soon with the missing parts. A week passed-by but there were no response from them when I finally called them up. After much pushing they finally came to show me that they have got a wrong piece now. And again the same story. Finally a week ago they called me three times telling that they are coming to my place to fix it up finally.I kept waiting and they never turned up.When I finally called up to tell them that they should take the wall unit back.... now they have a different story.....they said that the missing parts has to come from Bombay...which it seems the assemblers didn’t know and moreover the person who asks for the products have forgotten to mention the specifications of the missing parts...so it would take yet another week to fix up the problem.I wonder whether it would finally get fixed or I need to throw away the furniture as a junk piece. Forget about the monetary part.
So please be careful with their services. They would promise you many things and once you buy the products from them....you never know what you would get and you would be a lucky guy if things are done in the first place.
